Silk Long Scarf - Koi Fish

Fluid and beautiful draped scarves are the perfect way to dress up any outfit and wear art where you go. This beautiful scarf was created from my hand painted watercolor Koi Fish. Every summer I used to love to go to the Botanical Gardens in Montreal to admire the Japanese gardens complete with a koi fish pond. They remind of me peace, good times and summer sunshine

Our specially developed print process means you'll see your print through to the other side of the scarf. Depending on which fabric you choose, the print will be about 50-70% visible on the backside.

Our sublimation dyes are water-based and print a huge spectrum of lively wash fast colours. We work with one of the highest gamut inks available to give you the widest range of achievable print colours.



Silk Habutai is one of the most basic plain weaves of silk fabric. While it was traditionally woven in Japan, most habutai is today woven in China. It is normally a lining silk but can also be used for T-shirts, lampshades, summer blouses or very light lingerie. It is quite easy to dye and can be found in many stores.

Matte Crepe georgette is a thin, matte silk or silk-like fabric that drapes well and is very elastic. It is sheer and flat with a grainy texture and is sometimes referred to as chiffon. Its fluidity and easy draping makes it ideal for women's clothing. It is used to make evening wear, gowns, blouses, dresses and skirts.

Satin Charmeuse Made of either silk or polyester thread woven in a satin weave, charmeuse has a shiny front side and a dull back side. This delicate fabric feels luxurious to the touch and looks expensive. Charmeuse sometimes goes by the name of crepe back satin.
